New $115M Mixed-Use Tower Near Tropicana Field

Baker Barrios is pleased to announce its partnership with LD&D for the development of a new mixed-use tower in the vicinity of Tropicana Field in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. This 23-story building will consist of 253 units and will be complemented by ample amenities that go beyond Gallery Haus’s 5,000 square feet of retail.
